Quotes & Bookings

• All quotes are based on the information provided and may change if event details change.
• Bookings are confirmed only after a signed agreement and/or deposit is received.
• Availability is not guaranteed until confirmed in writing.

Payments

• Payment terms will be outlined in your proposal or invoice.
• Deposits may be required to secure event dates.
• Final balances must be paid prior to the event unless otherwise agreed.

Cancellations & Changes

• Event changes or cancellations must be submitted in writing.
• Deposits may be non-refundable depending on timing and preparation costs.
• We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate changes when possible.

Custom Products

• All custom printed items (cookies, products, gifts) are made based on client-provided designs or approvals.
• The client is responsible for ensuring they have the rights to use logos, images, or trademarks provided.
• Due to the custom nature, all sales may be final once production begins.

Event Execution

• Clients are responsible for providing accurate event logistics (location, power access, timing, etc.).
• We are not responsible for delays caused by venue restrictions, access issues, or external factors outside our control.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Sweet Printer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, and materials are owned by The Sweet Printer and may not be used without permission.
